Description

What you will do
  • Own the revenue target: drive French ARR from its early base to scale. Every decision, priority and activity through one lens: does this accelerate ARR?
  • Build and scale the team: hire, onboard and develop the French sales org (AE Managers, a BDR Manager, AEs and BDRs) toward 30+ people. Get the first hires right, develop the talent already in place, and stand up the management layer as you grow.
  • Stand up the sales motion end-to-end: implement Lexroom's BDR/AE model in France (inbound qualification, outbound hunting, demos, negotiation, closing) for small and mid-sized law firms, with upside into larger firms and in-house legal.
  • Player-coach early, org leader as you scale: run the sales routine (standups, pipeline reviews, forecasting, 1-1s). Bring CRM discipline and accountability from day one.
  • Localise positioning and pricing: work with HQ to adapt Lexroom's value proposition and pricing to the French legal market.
  • Run the Graduate Program locally: use our BDR-to-AE rotation to attract and develop strong junior talent into the pipeline.
  • Build local brand presence: represent Lexroom at French legal tech events, panels and forums. Drive LinkedIn communications and coordinated PR.
  • Close the feedback loop with HQ: feed competitive insight, customer signals and product needs back to headquarters to shorten the iteration cycle.

What we are looking forThis is a sales leadership role for a builder. Someone who can build and lead a multi-layer sales organisation that does the same.
  • 7+ years in sales, with solid experience in B2B, a strong quota-carrying track record in SaaS or technology and a proven history of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Team-building and scaling experience: you have built or scaled a sales team. You know how to design and run a high-performance sales routine at scale. A plus if you managed managers, not only individual contributors.
  • Hunter mentality: comfortable running outbound motion.
  • New market or product launch experience: you have scaled a product in a new geography or from an early-stage go-to-market. You build pipeline from scratch and prioritise ruthlessly.
  • CRM discipline and data-driven approach: clean pipeline, accurate forecasting and rigorous CRM hygiene are non-negotiable.
  • Native in French and fluent in English: essential for local clients and for coordinating with the international HQ team.
  • High adaptability and resilience: startup pace, ambiguity and shifting priorities energise rather than destabilise you.

Requirements

Critères indispensables à toute candidature
  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS/tech sales, quota-carrying, with a proven record of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Built or scaled a sales team, not only individual contributor experience.
  • Early-stage or new-market GTM experience: has built pipeline from scratch, not only run a mature motion.
  • CRM discipline and data-driven approach: clean pipeline and accurate forecasting as a baseline, not an aspiration.
  • Native French and fluent English.
  • Managed at least 10 salespeople — built or scaled a sales team, not only individual contributor experience.
Compétences techniques
  • CRM proficiency, hands-on: owns pipeline management, data hygiene and stage discipline directly, not just through the team. Reads and trusts the CRM as the single source of truth.
  • Forecasting and pipeline analytics: builds accurate forecasts and works the funnel metrics that matter (conversion by stage, sales velocity, pipeline coverage, win rate).
  • Sales methodology: fluent in a structured qualification and deal framework (MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED or equivalent) and able to enforce it as a shared team standard.
  • Sales stack and tooling: comfortable with sales engagement/outbound tooling (sequencing, cadences) and conversation intelligence for coaching at scale.
  • Territory, quota and capacity planning: can size a team, set quotas, define territories and model the capacity needed to hit the number as the org grows to 30+.
  • Reporting and dashboards: builds the reporting layer that gives HQ and managers real-time visibility on performance.
