Description
As part of a team expansion, our client is hiring 3 CNC Grinder Operators for the 2nd shift.
Main responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC grinding equipment to produce parts to tight tolerances based on engineering drawings;
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing methods with thorough self-inspection and quality checks;
- Follow all safety protocols, maintain a clean work area, and perform daily equipment checks (coolant/oil levels).
Exigences
- Position: CNC Grinder Operator – High School Diploma or Vocational School certification with hands-on training;
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in CNC machining, preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing, with proven ability to hold tolerances of +/- 0.00015";
- Profile: Detail-oriented, team player with a solid understanding of mechanical drawings and ability to work within pre-established parameters.
